Beach Bum

July 3rd, 2008UncategorizedFirst–thanks to everyone for your comments and support for Sprout Shell. We really appreciate it…now that people have heard of it, we’ll concentrate on getting them to remember it!
Brit had his first trip to the beach last weekend. My family was in town, so we of course went to the best beach around, Newport. It’s worth the drive in my opinion.
He had a cute swim suit and matching shirt, and a super cute hat to keep the sun out of his eyes. But, since he’s not supposed to have sunscreen yet, we kept a light blanket over him too.
When we put him on the sand he didn’t even flinch. I was expecting a reaction of some kind, but he acted as if it was just the carpet or something.
We wanted to get him in the water a little, but he fell asleep and we had to go before he woke up. That will be for the next trip.

Cute pictures… at least 2 out of the 3…I love the beach. I hope Brit loves it as much as Chezney and me. I know I will be the one taking him. LOL! At least he liked his first time to the beach…that makes me happy.

So cute! The picture of you and your little guy is adorable. I’m glad your family got to come for a visit. I can’t believe how much your Chezney has grown. When I saw her a couple of weeks ago I was amazed. She is a cutie and your mom looks as beautiful as ever.
I’m not surprised you haven’t been to the Green Show. I would have left Cedar for the summers too! I wish I could do that.
